1. Who we are

vetvedics.com (the “website”) is operated by MOKSHAKA FARMS, a sole proprietorship of Dr. Shweta Joshi (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-20-0338292), B-201, Rishab Enclave, Aakar Nagar, Friends Colony, Nagpur – 440013, Maharashtra, India (“Mokshaka Farms”, “we”, “us”). VetVedics is a brand of Mokshaka Farms. All VetVedics products are manufactured and marketed by Mokshaka Farms.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our products are feed supplements, not medicines

• VetVedics products are herbal feed supplements for animals. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Information on this website is general information about our products and animal care. It is not a substitute for examination by a veterinarian. If your animal is sick, please consult your local veterinarian.
• Use products only as directed on the pack, and only for the animals they are labelled for. Keep them out of reach of children. They are not for human consumption.

3. Orders

• You can order through WhatsApp, phone or email, and through online checkout when it becomes available on the website.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you with the price, delivery charge and expected dispatch date.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your area. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• Dealers, dairy societies and feed mills buying in bulk may receive separate trade terms in writing. Those terms apply to such orders where they differ from these Terms.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you when the order is accepted.
• Online payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking details.
• Cash on delivery may be offered for some locations and order values. Any extra charge for it will be told to you before you confirm.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. “Talk to a Vet” guidance

Calls and messages with our veterinarian help you choose a product and the right daily amount for it. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or prescription, and they do not replace a visit by a veterinarian who can examine your animal.

7. Intellectual property

The VetVedics name and logo, product names, text, photographs and design of this website belong to Mokshaka Farms. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Using the website

Please do not misuse the website: do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for loss caused by using a product other than as directed on the pack, by storage contrary to the pack instructions, or by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Links to other websites

The website links to services such as WhatsApp and payment and courier providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was accepted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission available to you under law.
